Correspondence Regarding Replacement of Gulf Oil Company Credit Cards, 1972-07-21

Scope and Contents

James R. Jones is writing to Mr. P. Ellison at Gulf Oil Company, requesting new Gulf credit cards as his old ones are no longer being accepted after August 1, 1972. Ellison had previously notified Jones about charges on his old cards and requested a response if he had not received new ones, but Jones did not reply. Ellison reminds Jones to contact them immediately if he has not received the new cards, and to start using them and destroy the old ones if he has received them. An envelope is enclosed for Jones's convenience.
