Scope and Contents

James R. Jones, a Member of Congress, thanks Mr. Dave Cote for attending a meeting on drug abuse in the military. He mentions his efforts to create a constructive program based on information gathered from a recent trip to Europe and a meeting at the Library. Jones plans to recommend a maximum overseas tour of duty for military personnel without family to help reduce the drug problem. He offers his assistance to Mr. Cote in the future.
