Jerry Conrey, the District Manager for Congressman Jones, is writing to the Bureau of Hearings and Appeals on behalf of Mr. Sam F. Miller, who was denied disability benefits after a hearing in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Mr. Miller, a 56-year-old construction worker, is appealing the decision as he is unable to perform the duties required for his job due to chest and arm pain. Congressman Jones is requesting assistance from the Bureau and asks for a response to be directed to his Tulsa office.
