Scope and Contents

Mrs. Middleton expressed her opposition to the use of the Adams Hotel as a prison treatment center to Congressman James R. Jones. He shared her concerns about the treatment of older persons living in the hotel and expressed his opposition to local and state officials. He mentioned that he does not have jurisdiction over the decision but will compile a list of protests to share with state officials.
