Mrs. Ruth Posner from Tulsa, Oklahoma called the district office to complain about the way the Democratic Party is run in Tulsa. She had trouble obtaining the address of the National Democratic Committee and had difficulty reaching the right people for information. Mrs. Posner was persistent in trying to get the information she needed and was eventually provided with the address by the district office.
