Unreported Campaign Contributions and Expenditures Revealed in Amended Reports, 1973-01-01 - 1973-12-31
Scope and Contents
Representative Jones disclosed new contributions and expenditures in an amended report filed on September 10, 1973, including contributions from various individuals and organizations, as well as expenditures on yard signs, printing, media production, office supplies, and an election party. According to the original report, Jones spent more on communications media than the legal limit allowed. However, Jones discovered errors in his bookkeeping that resulted in most expenses being reported under the media section, as well as the underreporting of payments to BMC Advertising.
