Scope and Contents

The author of the text is expressing their surprise and disappointment at being transferred from their current position as Principal at the Cheyenne & Arapaho School to the Riverside School. They believe that the Cheyenne & Arapaho School is better equipped and has a larger enrollment than Riverside, and do not understand why the Principal at Riverside is paid more. The author is considering the transfer a demotion and has requested to stay at their current position. They have also reached out to Congressman Gensman for assistance in the matter. The author is advocating for equal pay for the Principal at Cheyenne & Arapaho School compared to Riverside.
