Scope and Contents

The Citizens State Bank in Kingfisher, Oklahoma sent a letter to Hon. L. M. Gensman protesting the proposed removal of the Cheyenne & Arapahoe Indian Agency from Concho to Clinton, Oklahoma. They argue that the move would inconvenience tribal members, require the abandonment of current buildings and equipment, and result in the need for significant financial investment in new infrastructure. The letter is signed by Elmer Solomon, President of the Kingfisher Community Club.
