Establishment and Amendment of a Private Sector Task Force for Management Study of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, 1973-01-01
Scope and Contents
A Private Sector Task Force is established to conduct a management analysis of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, with a budget of up to $300,000. The Secretary of the Interior appoints a chairman, who must be approved by the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs of the Senate, and the Task Force must provide a final report to Congress. An amendment increases the Task Force membership from 15 to 21 members, including 11 Indian members.
