Scope and Contents
Mrs. Jamison wrote a letter to George B. Schwabe urging him to vote for the proposed British Loan. Schwabe responded by stating that he had received many letters opposing the loan and had conducted a poll in his district which also showed disapproval. He expressed his willingness to consider all perspectives but did not indicate his stance on the issue.
