The sender received a postal card from Miss Anne Robinette asking for support for a loan to Great Britain. However, after conducting a survey of voters in his district, he found that the majority were against the loan. As a representative of his constituents, he cannot support the proposal. He appreciates her understanding and sends his best wishes.
