Ralph Dunkle writes to Hon. George B. Schwabe expressing his belief that both Capital and Labor should have equal responsibility to the public. He argues that Labor should be held accountable and given the same responsibility as Industry. Dunkle criticizes Congress for prioritizing votes over legislating for the greater good, and asks if Schwabe had a role in curtailing funds to the Southern Power Association.
