Scope and Contents

Mr. Schwabe responds to a letter from Mr. Sumner regarding labor strikes and the responsibility of Labor Unions. Schwabe defends his voting record on the Case Bill and other measures, and suggests that Sumner contact his own Congressman to discuss the issue further. Schwabe expresses appreciation for Sumner's views and agrees with the need for accountability in labor strikes.
