The letter is a response from George B. Schwabe, M. C. to Mr. B. T. Millikin acknowledging receipt of a postal card. Schwabe agrees with Millikin's views on the "Work or Fight" bill and explains why he voted against it. Schwabe reassures Millikin that he will continue to work to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.
