Scope and Contents

Harry Seaton, a lawyer from Tulsa, Oklahoma, expresses concerns to Congressman George Schwabe about the administration's proposal to draft nurses, labor, and the 4-F's. Seaton believes that granting the President more power to draft women is a move towards totalitarianism and urges Schwabe to vote against it. Schwabe responds that he is studying the situation and will vote against any further encroachment of executive power on the rights of the people.
