The first text is a letter from Mrs. A. L. Warren, Secretary to Congressman Schwabe, acknowledging receipt of a letter from Mr. Cecil C. Martin and stating that the Congressman will address it upon his return to Washington. The second text is a letter from Mr. Martin expressing his views on recent labor strikes and suggesting anti-strike legislation.
