Scope and Contents

Mr. Robertson sent a telegram to Congressman Schwabe expressing the need for laws to enforce contracts between employers and unions, and for jurisdictional quarrels to be outlawed. He also suggested that wage adjustments should be settled by arbitration for the benefit of the public interest. Congressman Schwabe's secretary, A. L. Warren, responded saying the message will be relayed to the Congressman upon his return to Washington.
