The American Business Class: A Letter Exchange, 1946-01-18 - 1946-01-18
Scope and Contents
Jack Mansfield writes to Hon. George B. Schwabe expressing his views on labor unions, federal housing programs, and cooperatives. He believes that the American business class should not be dominated by labor unions and that private industry should be allowed to address housing shortages. Mansfield also raises concerns about the tax advantages enjoyed by cooperatives and requests Schwabe's attention to these issues. Schwabe responds, thanking Mansfield for his input and stating that they see eye to eye on these matters.
