Scope and Contents

John H. Dunkin wrote to George Schwabe in support of the Case Bill to curb strikes and racketeers in labor organizations. Dunkin mentioned receiving feedback from the people of Oklahoma who are frustrated with Congress not taking action to protect their Constitutional rights. Schwabe responded, stating he voted for the Case Bill in the House, but doubts it will pass the Senate or be approved by the President. He also mentioned receiving protests from labor organizations against the bill.
