The Office of Indian Affairs received a request from the House Committee on Indian Affairs regarding H. R. 9753, which deals with the Pawnee Tribe's claims against the United States. The tribe asserts claims for a shortage in the area of their reservation, fair payment for ceded lands, rights of way through their land, and reimbursement for counsel fees.
