The Chief of the Osage Tribe of Indians is requesting the help of Hon. W. E. Disney in securing the passage of a bill in Congress that would provide for the payment of the Osage Civilization Fund. The Chief is counting on Disney and other Congressmen from Oklahoma to support the bill and help it pass quickly.
