Mr. Holloway, a member of the Osage tribe, is writing to Mr. Disney to inquire about the Osage Civilization Fund Bill and the possibility of it being passed in Congress. Mr. Disney responds, explaining that the bill is facing opposition in the House, particularly from Congressman Cochran, and the chances of it passing are slim.
