Scope and Contents

Mr. Goodwin requested legislation to be introduced in Congress by Mr. Schwabe, which was done on September 14th as H.R. 4060. Mr. Goodwin also provided a copy of the Osage Civilization fund bill for consideration, which was identical to a bill introduced by Senator Thomas. He asked for a report from the Interior to be called for when the measure is introduced.
