Scope and Contents
Mr. Pennel, an attorney in Oklahoma, is interested in obtaining a copy of a curative measure recently passed by Congress to cure titles affected by the Hillard case. Congressman Schwabe, who worked on the bill, has ordered copies and will distribute them to lawyers in his district. Pennel asks for a copy of the bill and its status in Congress. Schwabe expresses his willingness to provide the information and looks forward to visiting Bartlesville.
