Mr. Smith, an attorney, requested extra copies of Public Law 116 (H.R. 2754) from Congressman Schwabe's office. Mrs. Warren, the Congressman's secretary, apologized for the delay in responding as the Congressman was on recess, but enclosed three extra copies of the law as requested. She also assured Mr. Smith of the Congressman's willingness to help and encouraged him to reach out to their office during the Congressman's absence.
