Scope and Contents

Mr. Thurlwell requested a copy of a curative measure affecting Indian land titles, specifically for the Five Civilized Tribes, from Mr. Schwabe. Mr. Schwabe assured Mr. Thurlwell that he would send a copy as soon as he received them from the printer. Mr. Schwabe believes the legislation is important and will benefit various organizations and individuals. Mr. Schwabe later sent a copy of Public Law 116 to Mr. Thurlwell.
