Legislation Affecting Indian Land Titles: A Request for Information, 1945-07-03 - 1945-07-03
Scope and Contents
The letter is from George B. Schwabe, a Member of Congress, to his friends Hunt and Eagleton, attorneys at law. Schwabe informs them that he has received copies of the Public Law affecting Indian land titles and will send one to each of them. He believes this legislation is important and will help cure thousands of titles and save money for various entities. Hunt and Eagleton had previously requested a copy of the bill from Schwabe, which he has now provided.
