The Surgeon General informs Mr. Schwabe that the Oklahoma State Department of Health and the Public Health Service have approved the initial application for construction of a 16-bed general hospital in Fairfax, Osage County, Oklahoma. The hospital will be constructed under the provisions of the Hospital Survey and Construction Act.
