Scope and Contents

The letters exchanged between Mr. Schwabe, the Northeast Oklahoma REA Electric Co-operative, and Mr. Prater discuss the allocation of funds for extending electrical service to the southern part of Ottawa County. The Co-operative is waiting for materials and completion of a substation to begin construction. Mr. Prater expresses his desire for the service to be extended to his area and requests information on the timeline for this. Mr. Schwabe offers his assistance in facilitating the process.
