Inquiry Regarding Public Law 605 Amendment, 1946-03-22
Scope and Contents
Mr. George H. Greiner, City Manager of Cleveland, Oklahoma, wrote to Congressman George B. Schwabe seeking information about Section 13 of Public Law 605, which relates to the number of affected inhabitants. Schwabe contacted the Solicitor of the Rural Electrification Administration, who confirmed that there have been attempts to change the number of affected inhabitants but no amendments have been passed. Greiner thanked Schwabe for the information and requested further clarification on the issue.
