Scope and Contents
Miss Anne Robinette wrote a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe expressing her disagreement with his views on living like people did 150 years ago. She believes in the importance of modern conveniences and the need for economic controls to prevent monopolies and manipulations. The letter was acknowledged by Mrs. A. L. Warren, Secretary, who informed Miss Robinette that Congressman Schwabe will review her letter upon his return to Washington.
