The document is a series of letters regarding the difficulties faced by veterans Herbert A. Loghry and his brother in obtaining sugar for their bakery in Miami, Oklahoma. Congressman George B. Schwabe and his office are working to resolve the issue by contacting the Office of Price Administration and the Department of Agriculture to help the veterans obtain sugar substitutes.
