Scope and Contents

Mr. Wilkinson wrote a letter to Congressman Schwabe asking for information on the ceiling price for a mechanical refrigerator and rebuilt unit under OPA regulations. Schwabe contacted OPA multiple times to obtain the information and expressed frustration with OPA's regulations. OPA responded with details on the ceiling price for the refrigerator box and rebuilt motor unit. Schwabe expressed his displeasure with OPA and their regulations, and mentioned his efforts to fight against OPA extensions.
