Employees of Bartlett-Collins Company in Sapulpa, Oklahoma wrote to Congressman George Schwabe regarding the shortage of women's hose due to OPA restrictions. They expressed frustration at not being able to find hose for work and requested his assistance in addressing the issue. Congressman Schwabe's secretary assured them that he would address the matter upon his return to Washington.
