Scope and Contents
This memorandum and accompanying letters discuss a request for sugar quotas for R. J. Greenwood & Company, who have been suspended from selling sugar. The letters express frustration with the Office of Price Administration and its arbitrary decisions, and request that the company be given their full quota of sugar immediately. The letters are being forwarded to the OPA for review.
