John H. Dykes, a Western Auto Associate from Enid, Oklahoma, writes to his friend George about a recent fishing trip and his views on the OPA (Office of Price Administration). He criticizes the OPA for its regulations on consumer goods and shares examples of how it has affected businesses and farmers.
