Scope and Contents

A letter was sent to Mr. Cowen on December 14, 1945, in response to his inquiry regarding a letter sent to Mr. Schwabe on December 10, 1945. The letter provided information about a reply sent to Banfield Bros. Packing Company from the Bureau of Internal Revenue, as well as details about deductions and losses related to investments.
