The letter is from George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, to Mr. John W. Collins thanking him for providing information about the Osage Conference attendees. Schwabe mentions that he will try to schedule a meeting for Collins' group with the House subcommittee on Appropriations and expresses gratitude for their support. Collins also sends a list of attendees and mentions a bill from the Mayo Hotel that was already paid.
