The letter is from the Director of the Fish and Wildlife Service to Mr. Buster Brown, regarding his application for fish to stock a private pond. The application is being returned so that Mr. Brown can answer some questions in order to determine the best species of fish to stock and how many should be planted. Attached are Fishery Leaflets that may be helpful for Mr. Brown in managing his project.
