Scope and Contents
Two telegrams are being sent regarding the approval of a veterans educational project for classrooms and shop facilities, including equipment and furniture, at Northeastern Oklahoma A & M College. The first telegram is from George B. Schwabe to Doctor Bruce G. Carter informing him of the approval, while the second telegram is from A. L. Warren to George B.
