Scope and Contents

The Federal Works Agency has approved the advance of Federal funds for the plan preparation of public works in Oklahoma, including water and sewer facilities. These advances are intended to encourage states and their agencies to prepare for construction projects so they can begin promptly when materials and manpower become available. The letter is addressed to Honorable George B. Schwabe, a House of Representatives member.
