Scope and Contents

The Federal Works Agency Bureau of Community Facilities has approved the advance of Federal funds for the preparation of public works as described in the enclosure. This is to encourage states and their agencies to prepare drawings and specifications so they can promptly begin construction when materials and manpower become available.
