Scope and Contents

The Office of Defense Transportation has indicated that due to transportation shortages and uncertainty post-V-E Day, it is not advisable for agricultural fairs to be held on a large scale. Local county fairs may still be possible, but state and regional fairs are not recommended. Managers and sponsors of fairs are advised to proceed at their own risk.
