Scope and Contents

Mr. Gaffaney is seeking information on how to obtain a license to operate a radio broadcasting station in Pryor, Oklahoma. He has contacted Congressman Schwabe for assistance, who in turn has asked Mrs. Warren to obtain the necessary information and application forms from the Federal Communications Commission. Congressman Schwabe assures Mr. Gaffaney that he will help keep his application confidential and offers his assistance in any way possible.
