Scope and Contents
Mrs. Scott, a member of the Ladies Auxiliary to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, wrote to Congressman George B. Schwabe requesting his support for bill HR 2859, which would provide pensions for World War I veterans for disabilities that may develop after their service. Schwabe responded that he would give the bill serious consideration and hoped his vote would meet with her approval.
