Scope and Contents

Captain Clinton E. Riggs wrote to Congressman George B. Schwabe asking for support for amendments to a bill raising the retired pay of Disabled Officers of the World Wars. Congressman Schwabe responded, stating he was not on the Committee considering the bill but would give it consideration and hoped for approval when it comes before the House.
