The document consists of two letters, one from Mr. Elmer W. Pal to Hon. George W. Schwabe requesting action on bills beneficial to veterans, and a response from George W. Schwabe explaining that he is not in a position to bring the bills out of committee but will consider them if they come before the House for consideration.
