Scope and Contents

George B. Schwabe, a member of Congress, is writing to Colonel R. P. Harold of the War Department requesting consideration for the establishment of a National Cemetery near Tulsa, Oklahoma, due to a perceived future need. Schwabe enclosed a letter from Mr. Le Ross Parker of the Tulsa Junior Chamber of Commerce for reference. Schwabe is asking for a prompt response on the matter.
