Scope and Contents

A constituent from Tulsa, Oklahoma, named A.W. Easter, wrote a letter to Congressman George C. Schwabe expressing his views on certain legislation, including opposing further lend-lease expansion, lending funds to Great Britain without collateral, and increasing the unemployment insurance fund.
