Scope and Contents
Mrs. H. H. Franks wrote a letter to Congressman George B. Schwabe expressing her opposition to Socialized Medicine, stating that she believes it would be a calamity and would take away the God-given right to choose one's own doctors. Congressman Schwabe responded, thanking her for her views and informing her that he also opposes Socialized Medicine and will vote against any measures of its kind.
